WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will accept any item, unworn and still tagged, back to us within 14 days of you receiving the goods.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
- Can return your item(s) using our returns portal.
- You can access this through your account.
- If you have not created an account and checked out as a guest you can open an account now with the same email address you used as a guest and you will have access to the portal.
HAVE YOUR RECEIVE MY RETURNED ITEM?
You can check whether we have received your return by checking the tracking of the parcel you have returned through the returns portal in your account. We can take 5-7 days from when you send back the parcel for the return to be processed.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVE MY MONEY AFTER 7 DAYS?
If you have received an e-mail stating we have refunded you then it can take 3-5 business days to reach your account. If you have not received your refund by this time and you have received the confirmation e-mail, then please contact your payment provider.
CAN I MAKE A EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?
You can make an exchange if you wish. Please make it clear on invoice/piece of paper inside the parcel the item/colour/size you require and we will process that for you. Exchanges are free of charge.
